To request deletion of your account and associated data from BubbleTalk, please email us directly.
How to request deletion
Send an email to our support team with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include your registered email address in the body of the message.
What happens next
We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days of receiving your verified request, except where retention is required by law. This includes your profile information, child profiles, communication boards, visual schedules, emotion logs, and any AI-generated symbols. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
